Half Marathon
Half Marathon - Start: 9:45 am

Starting and finishing at the Óbidos Municipal Stadium, this event features two distances: the challenging half marathon and an accessible 10 km run or walk.

Along an urban and picturesque route, participants will have the opportunity to run through the main streets of the region, with the enchanting landscape of Óbidos.

Running/Walking – 10 Km The walk is 10 km long and starts at 9:55 am. It will start and finish at the Óbidos Municipal Stadium.
Cut off time: 2 hours

     
  Only individuals over 18 years of age may participate in the Half Marathon, 16 years of age in the Race, and 14 years of age in the Walk, provided they are in good health and have the physical and mental preparation suitable for long-distance efforts. The Organization is not responsible for any negative consequences resulting from their participation and advises participants to have their physical condition verified by appropriate medical professionals.  
     
 

The start of the 21km Half Marathon will be divided into blocks that correspond to the athletes' levels of physical preparation.

  
  As a reference point, the time achieved in a half-marathon run within the last two years should be used.  
 
SUB 1H25 SUB 1H40 SUB 1H50 + 1H50
Athletes with a half marathon time  of:
1 hour and 25 minutes or less.		 Athletes with a half marathon time  of:
1 hour and 40 minutes or less.		 Athletes with a half marathon time  of:
1 hour and 50 minutes or less.		 Athletes with a half marathon time  of:
over 1 hour and 50 minutes.
 
     
  SUPPLIES  
  The organization is responsible for ensuring proper hydration for all participating athletes; water will be distributed at all aid stations and at the finish line.  
     
  Half Marathon:  
 
  • Liquid refueling at 5 km, 10 km, 15 km and at the finish line.
  • Solid food stations at 15 km and at the finish line.
  
     
  10km Run/Walk  
 
  • Refueling stations midway through the course and at the finish line.
  
     
  cloakroom  
  The organization will provide a cloakroom service on the day of the event to all participants who purchase the service at the time of registration, for a fee of €2.  
     
  The cloakroom service will operate between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm , in a tent at the departure/finish area.  
     
  The organization is not responsible for any object, equipment, etc., left in the cloakroom, nor for any loss of materials or damage that participants may suffer during their participation in the events.
